Bio:

Benito was born to a multi-generational Arsenalotti family. He grew up around the Arsenal. His father is a Master Shipwright. He has six older, living siblings. The three older brothers are all shipwrights, the oldest being a junior master and the others being journeymen. His three sisters are all married to Arsenalotti, one to a master rigger, one to a master sailmaker, and one to a master caulker. He has numerous relatives, including over 20 nieces and nephews.

Benito is married to Maria, and has three children.

When Benito was eight, his father was made the Deputy Superintendent of the Little Arsenal on Corfu. Benito grew to manhood in Corfu. It was there that he developed his proficiency in languages, as almost all traffic to Venice first stops in Corfu.
